A native of Brooklyn, New York, Helane Morrison has a BA in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkley law school. She also served as a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun and U.S. Appeals Court Judge Richard Posner. She’s a member of the American Bar Association and a board member of the Regional Parks Foundation.
